We are a family-owned farm nestled in Alva, FL, along the scenic Caloosahatchee River, just outside Fort Myers.
At our farm, we cultivate a diverse range of crops and care for chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, cows, and honeybees.
We are dedicated to the land and use sustainable practices that nurture healthy soil, protect the watershed, and minimize chemical use in both our farming and animal care. Areas of the farm property are dedicated to native plant species, birds, and butterflies. We wake up each day with the knowledge that we are fortunate to live in a beautiful corner of the great state of Florida, and it is our responsibility to protect it for future generations.

OUR STORY
We started farming in California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. We converted our home in the hills of Redwood City into an urban farm incorporating raised beds and hydroponic growing, chickens, and honeybees.
In 2018, we purchased land in Alva to relocate our family to Florida full-time. After living bi-coastally for a few years, we graduated one son from high school, started construction on a new home, and began an extensive project to rejuvenate and reimagine the land that would be our home. New structures, removal of invasive plants, drainage, roads, utilities, and much more consumed us for years.
Hurricane Ian was a setback and an opportunity to help our neighbors forge new friendships. Having relocated to Florida full-time, we doubled down and accelerated our plans. We grew our cattle herd, small but impressive in quality, added an additional property to run mobile chicken tractors on, and finished one project after another.
We're still not done, but we are happy to have a launch pad to serve our community with fresh produce, eggs, and proteins.
100% PASTURED & GMO FREE
Our chickens and turkeys enjoy fresh grass each day. We pasture them on 10 acres of dedicated land, free from pesticides. Our feed is from Kalmbach Feeds, a GMO-free high protein feed that we sought for quality ingredients and like-minded values.
